Returning your goods

RETURNS
As an online business, our goal is to provide you an easy return service. From receipt you have 7 work days to decide if you want to return your dress (also sale items). You can download our Return Form, fill it in and enclose it with your order.  Please note that it is important to let us know when you want an exchange, so we can make a reservation for you. Only then you can be sure that the replacing item you want to receive, is still in stock. Please send an e-mail to: customersupport@dressesonly.com. Once we received your return package, we will send you the new goods immediately. Do you have to make an extra payment because the new item is more expensive than the first one you ordered? Then we will send you the item once we have received your payment. 

Did you return a dress to us? You will receive an e-mail once we have received it, together with a credit note.  In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition. All goods will be inspected on return and any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you.

RETURN COSTS
Dresses Only does not refund return costs. So when you decide to send back a dress or other item, this is at your own expense. Only when we made a mistake or sent you the wrong item, we will make a refund for the shipping costs. Curious of the shipping costs from your country to the Netherlands? Please contact your local post office.

EXCHANGE COSTS
When you decide to send back a dress or other item for an exchange, whe will send you the exchange item for free. Whe provide this free exchange service once per order.

Do you want to send us a return? Please download the return form here, print it, fill it in and enclose it with your order. Please note that only completely and correctly filled in forms will be processed. You don't have a printer? No problem, you can also write down the details we ask for yourself.
